Growing up in a foster home, Raffie had little opportunity to enjoy family outings. His requested special wish was an adventure to Peppa Pig Playland and Lego World in Schaumburg. Plans were set to include his foster care mom and foster brother. Being able to provide Raffie and his foster family with his first vacation ever was a thrill for all!
