Bosco's story is truly inspiring and showcases the strength and resilience that can be found in children facing significant challenges. Despite being born with CLOVES Syndrome, a rare congenital disorder that affects various aspects of his body, Bosco's positive attitude and cheerful demeanor shine through. His ability to maintain a smile on his face and exhibit happiness is a testament to his remarkable spirit.

It's clear that Bosco's parents hold him in high regard for his unwavering positivity and strength. His journey, marked by multiple hospital stays, surgeries, and ongoing medical care, underscores the challenges he has had to overcome from a very young age. The frequent visits to NICUs, PICUs, and various hospital rooms across the US undoubtedly presented both physical and emotional hurdles for Bosco and his family. Despite these challenges, Bosco continues to thrive and attend 2nd grade, showcasing his determination to live a fulfilling life. The fact that he undergoes surgeries and requires medical follow-ups every three months highlights his courage and the ongoing support he receives from his medical team and loved ones. His ability to maintain a joyful outlook on life and his strength to overcome numerous obstacles are qualities that can inspire others facing their own challenges.

Bosco's sweet tooth and fondness for ice creams and pastries add a delightful dimension to his personality. His obsession with these treats since he was a toddler, with "ice cream" being one of his first words, emphasizes his love for simple pleasures and indulgence in life's little joys.

It was Bosco’s mother, Ana, who reached out to A Special Wish Chicago, in hopes of providing her son a wish of his dreams. With the input from Ana and his father, Mario, the Special Wish Team for Bosco was assembled, and plans were initiated for an adventure for Bosco and his family to the magical city of Walt Disney World in Florida. Accommodations were booked at Give Kids The World, and with their help, made a memory of a lifetime for Bosco. The Special Wish Team for Bosco, as well as the entire organization, was proud to be able to make this dream come true.
